Went swimming @ 9am with Dan and Ray. Long time since I last swam. and First time I went to the Tampines Swimming complex after its renovation.
Shiok. Think I swam 2 full laps. back and fore is consider 1lap right? haha. anyway, to think I can swam continuously is already a breakthrough, cos nv done tat before. Or nv did I try before. Must swim at least 2twice a week. Train breathing and stamina. Will help in dance too. More strength to dance. haha..
k. crap.. Going out soon. joyce wanna go out slack.. and later i've got to go SYC to learn some mass dance for coming sat Nationwide meeting at ICA. sort of like post SD concert celebration. haha.. Anyone interested to go this sat? 3pm. Contact me.. :)
